RETURN POLICY

We love our products and hope that you will too.

If for any reason you are not happy please contact us immediately. If the item is faulty we will gladly replace it. If the item is out of stock we will refund your money or offer you a credit. We need to be notified within 7 days of receiving the goods. If the item has been damaged in transit, please let us know immediately and we will contact the courier company directly to sort out any claims.

RETURN CONDITIONS

Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Your item must be in the original packaging with original labelling.
We require your receipt or proof of purchase.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.

Please allow 2 – 5 days for refunds to be processed.
