RETURNS

We hope that you love your purchase as much as we do. If you are not completely satisfied or if you change your mind for any reason, we’ll gladly accept a return of any full priced or sale item subject to the following conditions:

- The item must be returned within 30 days of purchase together with original proof of purchase. We suggest you contact us as soon as possible to begin the return process to ensure you are able to return items within the returns timeframe.

- All returned items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unaltered, unwashed and in their original packaging.

- For hygiene reasons, we are not able to accept returns on earrings unless they are faulty.

- We are also unable to provide returns on gift cards, or items purchased through Laybuy or Oxipay. However, we can offer an exchange on items purchased through Laybuy or Oxipay subject to stock availability.

For any return you will be responsible for shipping and handling charges to return any unwanted items. If the package does not reach us safely we will not be able to complete the refund. We recommend sending via a traceable method for peace of mind and to retain proof of postage until you have received confirmation that your return has been processed.

Once received, the product will be assessed by the manufacturing and customer service team and you will receive a response within 2 business days.

FAULTY PIECES
We're so sorry if an item you received is not in perfect condition. Please follow our returns process and send a photo of the fault to hello@bohomeandroam.co.nz. We will meet our obligations under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act (CGA) which may include replacing the item if the stock is available or giving you a refund upon receiving your faulty item back. We also have a 3 Month Warranty period on all of our pieces; please note this excludes fair wear and tear.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES + TAXES
All customers are responsible for customs/imports duties & taxes. Bohome and Roam is legally required to declare the full value paid on shipments and must include an invoice for customs should they require it.
We recommend contacting your local custom office for further information.

Please note that subject to our obligations under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act (CGA), International returns cannot be accepted where the value of the items being returned in one shipment (including freight costs) is over $280. Please ship the items separately as we are not responsible to pay duties to receive the goods. If there is a charge it may be deducted from your final refund.
