We offer free New Zealand Shipping.*

We offer free Australia shipping for orders over $100, with a flat rate of $10 for orders under $100.*

We offer free Worldwide shipping for orders over $150, with a flat rate of $20 for orders under $150.*

DHL express rates are also available at the checkout for $20 – $50 depending on your location.

*Please note that these shipping rates exclude bulky items such as baskets. A bulky shipping rate will be stated on the product page and made available at the check out.

We aim to ship your package within 1 working day (Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm).

These are our estimated shipping times once your order has been shipped:

DOMESTIC

We use NZ Couriers for our New Zealand orders.

- For North Island expect 1 – 2 working days.

- For South Island expect 2 – 3 working days.

- For Rural deliveries add another 1-3 working days.

INTERNATIONAL

For Australia and International shipping we use NZ Post (unless you have upgraded). This is an untracked service which takes 3 – 10 working days.

If you upgrade to our DHL express shipping it will take 3 days for your package to reach you.

All of our NZ courier and DHL orders are emailed tracking details as soon as the order is picked up by the courier.

For International orders, unless you have upgraded to DHL express shipping your order is sent untracked. You will be notified once your order has shipped; but, you won’t be able to track your item.

We’re sorry if your order is delayed or does not arrive to you. In the first instance, it is more efficient to contact the courier directly with your tracking details to follow up your packages. If your package has gone missing, please contact us at hello@bohomeandroam.co.nz within 7 days to organise a replacement.

All international customers are responsible for any customs and duty charges. Contact your local customs office for rates. If you are an International customer returning your items, you are also responsible for paying any customs and duties back to us. If there is a charge it may be deducted from your final refund.

During our two big sales expect delays by 1 – 3 days. We are always at the mercy of our courier companies, and although we believe we have chosen the best, we cannot control for the large increase in online orders during November/December for our couriers and we recommend ordering your Christmas gifts in early December to guarantee Christmas shipping.

RETURNS

We believe in our products, and if you’re unsatisfied for any reason we will return or refund it. The product must be unworn and in the original packaging. We don’t offer returns for our earrings for hygiene reasons, unless they are faulty. Please contact us and return the item within 30 days to:

We recommend you use a tracked service for all returns. We cannot take responsibility for returns lost in transit. Once your package arrives back to us we will exchange it, refund it, or provide you with a credit depending on your preference and what’s in stock.

We’re sorry if your order didn’t reach you in perfect condition. Please follow our returns process above and send us a photo of the fault to hello@bohomeandroam.co.nz . We have a 3 Month Warranty on all of our pieces. Please note that this excludes fair wear and tear.

PACKAGING

All of our orders are shipped in compostable jiffy bags, mailers, or cardboard boxes. We use recyclable tissue paper to wrap your pieces.

All of our Penh Lenh and Bohome + Roam jewellery is packaged in recyclable cardboard boxes with cotton pouches.

We are moving towards more sustainable options for our business cards, foam inserts, and stickers. Thanks for your patience as we transition.

Our Penh Lenh jewellery, and Bohome + Roam jewellery comes with a story about the artisans who make it and where it is made. Matr Boomie, Threads of Peru and Purse and Clutch have some information about the artisans on their individual swing tags and packaging. We will be upgrading this in the future. If you have any requests for a gift please let us know in the comments section.

All of our packages are lovingly wrapped in tissue paper. As above, our packaging includes the story of how the items were made and gemstone descriptions.

If your order is a gift please let us know in the comments section. We can write a note to your loved one on your behalf and ensure no prices are on the products.

Our products are made globally and the place of origin is stated on the product page and on the packaging.

We care about sustainability and where possible we try to use natural materials and minimise the impact on the environment. Refer to the individual product pages for more information.

Our collections are handcrafted so each piece is unique and differs slightly in size, colour, and design.

Our customers believe that these ‘imperfections’ tell the true story of the person who made the products and how they made them.

Our collections are limited and handcrafted in small quantities, and we may not restock after selling out. You can contact hello@bohomeandroam.co.nz to find out if it’ll be restocked.
